I believe that this one, obviously #445240, #530787 and maybe even #415124 are all the same issue. In all those bugs, there is a problem that the server just doesn't start. Bug #530787 gives some information on why it doesn't start.
Personally I don't use the server on my system, but I have to have it installed (because of some ridiculous dependencies) and it's just anoying that the server takes so much time to try to start, fails in the end and I don't even need it on my system... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
