Package: mp3cd

sox apparently nowadays doesn't include mp3 support as standard,
libsox-fmt-mp3 is needed to add that functionality.

Perhaps the recommends mpg321 | mpg123 could be dropped, as
mp3cd uses sox for the heavy mp3 lifting...
