directory, and the Debian package...
to:
For removing or renaming uploaded files, see
ftp://ftp-master.debian.org/pub/UploadQueue/README and the
Debian package...

PS. I've filed several little bugs against developers-reference in the
last week, but haven't yet gone as far as getting the actual source and
developing proper patches yet. I'll be glad to do that if it would be
more helpful in making these changes. Let me know.
