Bug#540719: failed to install/upgrade

I don't know where it comes from. The only repo which is not a debian 
one is from winehq. Is it possible the problem comes from there ?
I've also installed some packages from deb files or source code. The 
last one was Dropbox.

$ sudo dpkg -i lib32ssl0.9.8
dpkg: error processing lib32ssl0.9.8 (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory

$ sudo apt-cache policy lib32ssl0.9.8
