Package: xine-plugin Version: 1.0.2-2 Severity: normal I just went to take a look at the DebConf9 videos, and found that 'xine-plugin' would not play them. Videos from previous DebConf years play OK. The only obvious difference I can see is that the older videos are *.ogg files, while this year's videos are *.ogv files.
For example, I can play anything from here, http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/debian-meetings/2008/debconf8/high/ but not from here, http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/debian-meetings/2009/debconf9/high/ Bummer. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (350, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-5s14065.090802.desktop.uvesafb (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages xine-plugin depends on: ii libc6 2.9-23 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libx11-6 2:1.2.2-1 X11 client-side library ii libxine1 1.1.16.3-1+b2 the xine video/media player librar ii libxine1-x 1.1.16.3-1+b2 X desktop video output plugins for xine-plugin recommends no packages. xine-plugin suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
