It seems your package is build depending on libc6-dev (>= 2.7). Why? There should be no build-depend on libc6-dev unless you really need a specific version, because it's build-essential. Note that it's not named libc6-dev on all arches and for instance called libc6.1-dev on alpha and ia64.
