It's not possible for the BTS to see the future, unfortunatly; if bugs
that were closed get archived, and a new version is released which
means that they're no longer fixed, nothing currently goes through and
unarchives them.

I've kind of been thinking about doing this for at least RC bugs, but
I haven't come to a complete decision yet, so reopening and diverting
this bug for that.

However, it's still good that you brought this back for me to look at,
as in this case there is another bug, as it should never had been
possible add another entry to the bug log of an archived bug as is
showing up in #435455 (and probably others.)
