Hm. This used to work a long time ago, but was never really tested since
I started to maintain nbd-server, and I don't think it ever really
worked, either.

I guess I'll just have to stop pretending, and remove the mentioning
of port 0 and the inetd support from the documentation for the next
release. It's not all that useful anyway.

In any case, since sarge has been released, the version that is in sarge
can nolonger be updated; you'll have to use nbd-server in daemon mode.
