Michal: advise? Can we move forward or should I see if the file in question can be removed or replaced?
I had given this package to Michal Čihař <ni...@debian.org> to sponsor and he found a file licensed under the PHP license. I tried contacting the copyright owner on that file, but heard nothing back. I'm going to check upstream again, but I don't think anything has changed. I'd like to submit the package as-is and see if it is accepted.
