Package: zsnes
Version: 1.510-2.2
Severity: important

i got sound working only after running this sdl game demo, (and no other sound
option works with zsnes but sdl)

i did sequentially.(ran zsnes to load a game and see if sound came out,
apt-get install a demo, ran the demo and heard sdl sound, then went back to run
zsnes and then heard sound)

i changed no settings with zsnes other than keep the .zsnescfg1 file having
libaudiodrivers="sdl", so i strongly suspect zsnes has something wrong..
(and i have nothing hogging my audio device, like no oss apps/games or web
browser with flash hooking to an audio device, including arts or gnome audio
services)
all my other alsa apps work. and i can run other game/demos with sound.

also i noticed that zsnes freezes much more occasionally after i can have sound
working.
