Post-install doesn't create snmptt user, despite the default 
/etc/snmp/snmptt.ini file being set to run it as 'snmptt' user:

daemon_uid = snmptt

Syslog reports:
snmptt-sys[0]: Could not convert user id 'snmptt' to a numeric UID
