Package: tftpd-hpa

While updating my unstable box I got this problem:

Setting up tftpd-hpa (5.0-3) ...
tftpd user (tftp) is already existing, doing nothing.

tftpd-hpa directory (/srv/tftp) is already existing, doing nothing.
Starting HPA's tftpd: in.tftpdinvoke-rc.d: initscript tftpd-hpa, action "start" 
failed.
dpkg: error processing tftpd-hpa (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 71
Errors were encountered while processing:
 tftpd-hpa
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install.  Trying to recover:
Setting up tftpd-hpa (5.0-3) ...

The problem is that this upgrade tries to start the daemon, while on my
system tftpd-hpa is run via inetd. The error logged in syslog is 

Jul 28 14:29:37 scarafaggio in.tftpd[16677]: cannot bind to local IPv4 socket: 
Address already in use

The package status hang in status Failed-cfg:
