Can you recompile the apache2 packages with the env variable DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip set, install the recompiled packages and libapr1-dbg and libaprutil1-dbg, and libz-dbg, and generate another stack trace (with 'bt full' in gdb)?
