Package: squid Version: 2.7.STABLE6-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
During an update to 2.7.STABLE6-2, squid would stop and not start again. I was able to solve the problem using: cd /usr/share/squid/errors/ && ln -s de German I don't find the error now, but it was a fatal error due to the error pages suddenly being unavailable. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31-rc3 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages squid depends on: ii adduser 3.110 add and remove users and groups ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.27 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.9-21 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcomerr2 1.41.3-1 common error description library ii libdb4.7 4.7.25-7 Berkeley v4.7 Database Libraries [ ii libgssapi-krb5-2 1.7dfsg~beta3-1 MIT Kerberos runtime libraries - k ii libkrb5-3 1.7dfsg~beta3-1 MIT Kerberos runtime libraries ii libldap-2.4-2 2.4.11-1 OpenLDAP libraries ii libpam0g 1.0.1-9 Pluggable Authentication Modules l ii logrotate 3.7.7-3 Log rotation utility ii lsb-base 3.2-22 Linux Standard Base 3.2 init scrip ii netbase 4.36 Basic TCP/IP networking system ii squid-common 2.7.STABLE6-2 Internet object cache (WWW proxy c squid recommends no packages.
