Not exactly -- libtest-simple-perl is both a virtual package
(provided by perl-modules) and a real package. That's a bit unlucky
but there are a few dual-lifed modules in the Perl world.

Wouter, since you are an experienced buildd maintainer: is there a
way to get a recent version of sbuild (this bug is closed since over
