/usr/lib32/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodule-files.d/scim-gtk2-immodule.immodules
has to be adjusted to use /usr/lib32/...
As a quick fix you can create
/usr/lib/ia32-libs-tools/hooks/scim-gtk2-immodule.hook
containing:
#!/bin/sh
sed -i 's,/usr/lib/,/usr/lib32/,'
usr/lib32/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodule-files.d/scim-gtk2-immodule.immodules
