When attempting to download topographical maps from TopoZone, the
request fails.

GET http://host21.216.235.245.nedatavault.net/map.php?map=PNG8(plus)

receives a 404 not found response.

If you go to the "root" webpage for that host, you get the standard
"Apache is installed" but the wesite is not configured type message.
