Package: dpkg-dev
Version: 1.15.3.1
Severity: wishlist

I would like a way to tell dpkg-buildpackage to include all of the
changelog entries in the changes file. I am backporting a package
that has not shipped in a stable release, for upload to backports.org.
bpo policy is to include all entries since the version in the stable
release, in this case that means all entries. There is no way for
me to specify all and if I say -v0, I only get the most recent entry.
BTW in the etch dpkg-buildpackage, if you specified -v0 (or any other
version that didn't exist in the changelog) you got all entries.

Could it be changed so -v0 or something like -vall included everything?

Thanks,
