Package: groff-base
Version: 1.20.1-1
Severity: normal

ASCII output doesn't seem to work anymore without the full groff package:

sid% groff -Tascii /dev/null
/usr/share/groff/1.20.1/tmac/troffrc:45: can't find macro file `papersize.tmac'

sid% man -Tascii man >/dev/null
/usr/share/groff/1.20.1/tmac/troffrc:45: can't find macro file `papersize.tmac'
/usr/share/groff/1.20.1/tmac/an-old.tmac:41: can't find macro file `devtag.tmac'
<standard input>:16: warning: macro `DEVTAG-NH' not defined (possibly missing
space after `DE')
<standard input>:16: warning: macro `DEVTAG-EO-H' not defined (possibly missing
space after `DE')
<standard input>:18: warning: macro `DEVTAG-NH' not defined (possibly missing

[...]

I assume papersize.tmac and devtag.tmac should be in groff-base, not groff.
