Package: iceweasel Version: 3.5-1 Severity: important Tags: experimental Hi, I'm on lenny and running iceweasel 3.5-1 from experimental. I've only upgraded the few required packages from sid to run iceweasel 3.5. When viewing a page with @font-face css3 directives in use, the fonts do not render (empty space is shown). An example can be seen here:
http://craigmod.com/journal/font-face/ On stderr, a Pango warning is shown for each piece of text attempted to be rendered in that font. Example: (firefox-bin:25587): Pango-WARNING **: shaping failure, expect ugly output. shape-engine='BasicEngineFc', font='@font-face:Auto 32.986328125', text='download it, the more designers will be able to take advantage of @font-face' I'm not sure if this could be solved by upgrading the version of libpango installed. If so, this might point to insufficient versioned dependencies on iceweasel. If not, I wonder if this might be an iceweasel bug?
