The language properties file for r does not work (even after uncommenting the "import r" line in SciTEGlobal.properties). It seems to be due to a typo in /usr/share/r.properties: file.patterns.r=*.R;*.rsource;*.S; Should be changed to: file.patterns.r=*.R;*.rsource;*.S By the way, I suggest to add ".r" to the recognised extensions, so the line would become: file.patterns.r=*.r;*.R;*.rsource;*.S Thanks !
