Package: ntp
Version: 1:4.2.4p6+dfsg-2
Severity: wishlist

ntptime works fine for a normal user and provides useful information:

dan...@frobozz:~$ /usr/sbin/ntptime
ntp_gettime() returns code 0 (OK)
  time ce078098.c2343000  Tue, Jul 14 2009 15:09:28.758, (.758609),
  maximum error 34105 us, estimated error 0 us
ntp_adjtime() returns code 0 (OK)
  modes 0x0 (),
  offset 0.000 us, frequency -3.875 ppm, interval 1 s,
  maximum error 34105 us, estimated error 0 us,
  status 0x1 (PLL),
  time constant 4, precision 1.000 us, tolerance 500 ppm,

So the binary belongs in /usr/bin instead of /usr/sbin.
