Basically, I feel that evo-exchange proxy handling is not working very well. I got rid of my PAC script and switched to simple proxy configuration. And it did not work. Actually, it turn out that if you tick the "Use same proxy for all protocols" box, evo-exchange fails at using your proxy setting.
