.. which, unless I'm grossly misunderstanding what "Django source
distribution" means, isn't the case anymore.
The tests/ directory was in the 0.96 release tarball but it has not been
part of any of the 1.x tarballs so far. They add about 350KB to the file
size which might explain their absence.
Anyway, without tests/ being a part of the tarball it seems unlikely this
bug will be fixed. Sorry about that.
