This has actually been done in 0.7.8-1, but is not mentioned in the
changelog.  According to README.Debian, libnet-amazon-s3-perl was not
available when the S3 upload method was invented.  I've changed that
paragraph accordingly and gave a pointer to this bug.

I'll leave this suggestion to upstream (CC'ed).
