Since nobody triggered bin-NMU yet, I reassign this bug on libc6 to ensure it gets fixed soon (and does not migrate to testing). Same for libvirt0. Since nobody from debian-release/wanna-build seem to react quickly I suggest you reupload with a Build-Conflicts: dpkg-dev (= 1.15.3) so that we ensure that it will be built with 1.15.3.1. This problem gets bigger everyday if we don't fix it soon, many packages have wrong dependencies already.
