Ah, I see. I assumed you wanted the dependency because libapache2-mod-dnssd needed something from apache2.2-bin, so I wondered what specifically you needed from that package. However, it does make sense to have a dependency on apache2.2-bin simply as a logical "can't use without" relationship. In any case, yes, fixing libapache2-mod-dnssd to depend on apache2.2-bin instead of apache2.2-common would address this bug.
