after upgrading to the latest offlineimap in unstable, offlineimap now
exits almost immediately after starting it.  the following message is

note that i've replaced the hostname with <SITE> and a suspicious looking
md5sum with <HASH> (wasn't sure if it was the hashed password or something
else).

i have two accounts, a dovecot server for personal mail and a scalix
imap server for my work email.  the dovecot server still works (i.e.
offlineimap -a dovecotaccount works).
