Hi, DEV300_m51 - available at e.g. http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/developer/DEV300_m51/ - contains a merge of the unifypaper01 svn branch, whose description is "Add a "long bond" paper type in the UI (used in the Philippines) and merge together the various places in Office that match paper sizes to known paper sizes. Merge together various territory to default paper size maps and align with CLDR 1.7" and the main issue of it is http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=92819 I quickly tested it and indeed PAPERSIZE=a4 LC_CTYPE=en_CA (one of your examples) gives me A4 for new documents. Similar like PAPERSIZE=letter when the locale is de_DE otherwise. So this is fixed afais and will be closed with 3.2. Grüße/Regards, René -- .''`.
