Thanks for the heads up, I brought this up with the upstream maintainer. He contacted the 2 authors of the file and got them to cede the rights to it to him, and then changed the license to LGPL and BSD like the rest of the project. This should be fixed in the next upload, either by upstream or by me if he takes too long.
