Yes, the virtualbox-ose-source contains the source to build the modules.
("virtualbox-ose-source - x86 virtualization solution - kernel module
source", from apt.)
I installed virtualbox-ose-source and used m-a to build the modules.
They don't work, as described earlier, presumably because the version of
the virtualbox-ose-source package available from the ftp servers is 3.0
and the version of the rest of the system is 2.2.4.
