Please try backported packages from http://backports.org As I mentioned in an answer to another of your bug reports, it is likely that such issue is fixed in some way in 3.3.6..... If it doesn't, then please ask on samba's user supprot mailing list for help on setting ACL's, and changes in that matter wrt upgrades from 3.0.24 to 3.2.5
