Looks like you've mixed up ITP (intent to package) and ITA (intent to adopt). You should instead change the title and owner of bug #535246. See [1] for documentation how to do that. You can also use a front-end like bts(1) (command line interface) or (iirc) reportbug-ng (graphical interface). So, what you should end up sending to the BTS control interface (cont...@bugs.debian.org), would be something like this: retitle 535246 ITA: roxterm -- ... owner 535246 ! thanks (Instead of using '!' you can also specify an E-mail address - see [1] for details.)
