In bug report #308449 the web page http://www.europhysicsnews.com/full/09/article3/article3.html is mentioned as a web page where this problem occurs. The same problem also occurs at the web page http://www.kangaroo.nl/html/china-programma.html. Now in both web pages the html in the body consists in fact of a table enclosed by tags <div> </div>. In fact in the last mentioned web page these tags are: <div id="Layer1" style="position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; width:590px; height:390px; z-index:1"> and of course </div>. Now I observed that when you remove these <div> </div> tags the printing is as it should. This is the case in both web pages. So, it seems these tags have something to do with this problem. I hope this observation can be of some use in solving this bug.
