As far as I know, the FreeBSD kernel has no support for userspace access to InfiniBand/RDMA hardware (although I know very little about FreeBSD and so I may be wrong). In which case adding the linux __uXX types just to get things to build will not produce a package that has a chance of doing anything useful.
