Still no idea what this program is supposed to do. Please fix or remove.

BTW, is the pybtex in the pybliographer package related to
<http://pybtex.sourceforge.net/>?
No, it does not seem to be related.

As I intend to package Pybtex[1], I'd glad if status of pybibliographer's /usr/bin/pybtex were clarified soon.
