When unmounting any of the two partitions in nautilus, a notification pops up "Writing to media.. wait", and then the problematic comes: "Now the media is safe to remove", even if I only unmounted one of the partitions, the other is still mounted, the media is not safe to remove! Notification should only be shown when it's really safe to remove. If, due to layering, it's impossible to see that two or more mounts and volumes come from the same device, the current behavior is the best-- it is very informative for the normal use case (1 partition per usb key).
