severity 534698 wishlist thanks NM support is still very easy to break if an interface is manually configured (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=484750), and Pidgin gives no real indication about what's going on. NM being properly configured is not required on Debian, so I'd rather not prevent lots of people from logging in. Not recognizing the connections have dropped after suspend is a different issue.
