This is due to a header mess in glibc: it provides struct sigevent and its typedef in os dependent bits/siginfo.h rather than using the generic one. So killing sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/$ARCH/bits/siginfo.h should fix the problem. I would recommend to just build this package on those arches which support preempt-rt.
