Package: git-email Version: 1:1.6.3.1-1 Severity: wishlist Hi and thanks for maintaining git in Debian!
I think the subject says it all: it would be great if the git 'send-email' command could send PGP/MIME signed and/or encrypted messages, by using GnuPG. This would improve patch integrity and author identification (through signing) and possibly privacy (through ecryption), when needed. Can this be implemented?
