reassign 401484 python-central 0.5.12 thanks This bug seems to be in python-central, as python-apt only ships the files in /usr/share/pycentral/ and the /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/apt files are symlinks created by python-central.
I guess this bug has already been solved in recent python-central releases, if it is, please close this bug. I'm including the whole bug report below.
