Eheh, got used to BCCing control@ :)

Uhm, right. I misunderstood your situation, sorry for the inconvenience :)

I just did this:

1) I'm connected on "wired-default", and create a new profile, "profile"
2) click Disconnect
3) choose "profile", and set it as default
4) connect
5) check if the connection works (doesn't work here because of a dummy router,
but I'm confident it would -- ifconfig shows the new IP, there is a correct
entry in the routing table, ...)
6) disconnect
7) choose again "wired-profile", and re-set it as default
8) connect - check - disconnect
9) choose again "profile", and re-set it as default

As I understood your bug report, on step 9) the profile should've lost its
settings. Well, the settings are kept here :)

But then again, I probably misunderstood your report, and those aren't the
required steps to reproduce the bug.

Kindly,
David
