Thunderbird/icedove is the worst. Every mail notification steals the focus. Also, if there is an alert, the focus is stolen (arguably it should), but it seems that it's stolen repeatedly if the alert window is not closed. Also, Thunderbird steals the focus multiple times when creating the window. Forward it over a slow SSH connection (like when you have to debug it for your mother) and then try to work while waiting for the window to build. This is an abuse of the UrgencyHint.
