Package: libasound2-plugins Version: 1.0.20-1 Severity: important With the latest libasound2-plugins and using pulseaudio, I have choppy sound, but ONLY when using alsa. E.g. mplayer with direct pulse output is working just fine. Judging from pulse volume control, the alsa-plugin keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting, which might explain the poor sound quality.
