Hello, I've configured bootlogd to capture boot messages on the console and save them in /var/log/boot. I've also installed insserv in order to run level 2 init scripts in parallel, to save few seconds during boot. I've noticed that if I use 'CONCURRENCY=shell' in /etc/default/rcS, I don't get anymore init scripts' output messages once bootlogd has started. With CONCURRENCY=none or startpar, bootlogd works well, copying console messages captured in the boot console.
