Thanks for feedback! The problem you see is different from the original report. I am cloning the report into two different numbers so we can separate the discussions. As far as I can tell, your problem is actually caused by the firewall and not by GnuTLS, so I am tentatively tagging your problem as wontfix because there is nothing we can do about it (at least not without breaking things like TLS 1.1 that we want to support).
