Package: rsyslog
Version: 3.22.0-1
Severity: minor

It happens on amd64 as well. I have libc6-i386 2.9-12 installed, though I doubt
it makes a difference.

This is how this morning's fresh /var/log/syslog starts:

rsyslogd:  [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="3.22.0" x-pid="3028"
x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com";] restart
Jun 11 07:38:10 localhost kernel: imklog 3.22.0, log source = /proc/kmsg
started.
Jun 11 07:38:10 localhost rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd"
swVersion="3.22.0" x-pid="3028" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com";] restart
Jun 11 07:38:11 localhost anacron[12493]: Job `cron.daily' terminated
Jun 11 07:38:11 localhost anacron[12493]: Normal exit (1 job run)
