While trying to experiment with iwconfig, to try to set power level, I
found the following error.

Error for wireless request "Set Power Management" (8B2C) :
    invalid argument "3".

The man page says this:
To set the generic level of power saving, enter saving ‘value’.
Example: iwconfig eth0 power saving 3
