This bug report should be reassigned to virt-manager. Virt-manager is currently able to create non-sparse images from the "Add a Storage Volume" dialog that can be accessed with the "New Volume" button in the storage pools manager ("Host details" dialog) or in the storage pools browser ("Add hardware" wizard). If "Max Capacity" and "Allocation" field have the same value it creates a non-sparse image. It uses a "volume class" from virtinst.Storage.
The "New VM" wizard and the "Add hardware" wizard still use virtinst.VirtualDisk which is buggy for non-sparse image creation so I think it should be adapted to use virtinst.Storage instead. -- Laurent Léonard -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
