Unfortunately, there is nothing in the upstream 2.3.2-3 that will fix this bug. However, I do have another version of the package (2.4.1-1) waiting for a sponsorship that may fix the bug. I cannot reproduce this bug, so I cannot say for certain if the new version fixes the bug, but we can hope. I will update the bug when the package goes into unstable.
